Affiliate
Affiliate is an integrated set of management solutions that is structured to reflect a membership organisation or awarding body's best practices, thereby reducing administration costs and improving the flow of information. It is a configurable solution that can be adapted to accommodate any changes to an organisation’s processes or structure.
With Affiliate your organisation can integrate its website and back office systems with standard desktop tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. This integration enables users to produce direct mail letters, send e-mails and create spreadsheets and lists.
Documents, such as correspondence, contracts and certificates can be embedded within Affiliate through the use of OLE and also interfaced to any other third-party system.
Interfaces
Affiliate can be delivered with both a Microsoft Windows and web client interface. Both of these interfaces deliver the same functionality and users can adopt the use of either interface to suit their needs. They are designed to be intuitive with simple, clear and explanatory screen layouts.
Web services
Affiliate also integrates with a number of web services that have been developed to provide a simplified mechanism to connect to Affiliate from third-party applications. These web services position Affiliate as more accessible for users to run queries and use data from within the Affiliate database.
