F Parkinson invest in the RedSky IT Summit Document Management system
RedSky IT is delighted to add F Parkinson to the growing number of customers that are selecting the Summit document management suite of modules. F Parkinson, already a user of the Summit Contract & Financial software modules, had a problem managing documents, photographs, emails across the offices of Blackpool, Bury and Leeds. By purchasing Summit they will have the ability to manage and control all their documents, create document templates, track revisions, automatically store emails against projects, contacts and suppliers as they send and receive them and keep a track of all their contacts and organisations on a central database. All this data will now be centrally stored on Summit for access by their planners, contract & site managers whether they are office or site based without having to email documents to each other all the time!
Finance Director, Bobby Wilson comments:
We have chosen Summit Content modules to provide F Parkinson with more management and control over our construction projects. Summit will provide efficiencies for the business through delivering a paperless site environment and also more control over emails. One major benefit of the RedSky system will be to ensure that all contract emails, drawings, photos and documents are all held in a central repository for easy retrieval and version control.
An added benefit is that the Summit software is delivered by one of our major partners, RedSky , who we have been working with for over 20 years.
