Costain (West Africa) PLC Choose Summit 5000 to integrate key business processes.
Nigerian Lagos based Costain (West Africa) PLC, a leading contractor in that country, have signed an order for £200,000 to implement Summit 5000 with Estimating, Procurement, Financials, Plant and Database modules. Key to the decision was the ability to manage a contract and get accurate costings and valuations for the CVR process.
Costains have been using a generic accounting solution and spreadsheets which were not able to address the needs of their business. After a lengthy period of research they selected Summit 5000 as the replacement for the current system as it has all the functions that fitted their requirements.
Summit 5000 will be used to manage the processing of an Estimate budget, orders, GRN through to invoices. Other modules like Plant management will enable them to track their site equipment easily as well.
