Designer Group Integrate their key business processes with Summit
Dublin based Designer Group have signed an order for £150,000 to implement RedSky's Summit 5000 system, replacing their current Pegasus, Estimation and Spade solutions. Designer Group looked at Tekton (Sage) Evision and other Micosoft resellers before choosing RedSkyIT as their partner.
The Summit 5000 suite will provide an integrated Financial Contract Management system including Estimating, Procurement, Payroll, CVR, Plant & Fixed Assets Modules. Summit will give Designer Group the ability to track Information from the tender process through to requisition, order (commitment), delivery to Invoice and final retention, as well as handling key functions like variations and CVR reporting by the contract managers on their projects
Designer Group have been using a a mixture on non integrated solutions which were not able to address the needs of their contracting services. After a lengthy period of research they selected Summit 5000 as the replacement for the current system as it has all the functions that fitted their requirements. They also felt that RedSky IT understood their company best, to help them manage their business better and were willing to tweak areas of the solution to match their particular needs.
Summit 5000 will be used to manage the complete process from generation of the estimate through to final retention. Other Summit modules like the Database module and document management will provide tailored information for them to manage their contracts and labour.
