RedSky Race for Crash and bag an Award

RedSky IT recently took part in its first fund raising event for CRASH, the London Dragon Boat race.
On a scorching hot day the hat picked team of athletes, assembled from all departments within RedSky IT, met in North London ready to battle paddles with the other entries.

The team consisted of:
| Tobit Roth | Technical |
| Helen Fellows | Accounts |
| Sophie Hurst | Support |
| John Birtchet-Sharpe | Support |
| Errol de Hoedt | Support |
| Steve Price | Technical |
| Steve Mitchell | Projects |
| Sonia Williams | Development |
| Steve Allen | Support|
| Jenny Horder | Support |
| Mike Aspinwall | Management |
After a good start the team progresses through a number of rounds to only just miss out on the finals by a few mere seconds!
Considering it was our first ever attempt in this event finishing 15 out of 28 was a very creditable result.

However more importantly we raised just under four thousand pounds for CRASH. The amount was enough for RedSky to be awarded a prize for raising the most funds, which everyone at RedSky was thrilled about as although all good fun the event is all about raising money for those less fortunate than our selves.

A big thank you must go to those customers that supported us financially, specifically
