RedSky IT Welcomes Lord Combustion Services to the growing list of Summit customers.
Lord Combustion Services, based in Olbury W Midlands, have selected Summit as their contract and service management system. LCS needed a solution that could manage their team of engineers who are engaged in a variety of work including boiler repair contracts for local councils. Councils and other clients are demanding that their contractors must have IT systems to help to manage the workloads which drove LCS to review the market place for a suitable system.
After reviewing a number of software providers Summit was the only solution able to integrate all the functionality required to manage their diverse operations. As RedSky IT could also host the server for them this was an added attraction that saved any technical and cost overhead of owning a server themselves.
