Henry W Pollard & Sons joins the ever growing list of Summit 3000 Customers
Henry W Pollard & Sons have chosen Summit 3000 to integrate the key business process. The main driver for change was the flexibility of enquiring on data held within the system as well as comprehensive reporting. After also evaluating Sage 200, they felt that RedSky IT were better placed in the industry due to the pedigree and experience of the construction sector.
Mandy Drewitt, Financial Controller of Henry W Pollard commented “Sue had a demonstration of both systems on the same day, but felt Redsky was a lot more user friendly and with Sage there was a lot of jumping around in and out of programs to get to what she needed. Redsky ticked all her boxes. She also liked that there was very little pre printed stationary required."
As well as the Summit Financial module, the Purchase and Subcontractor Ordering suite will also be implemented for true order through to invoice contract matching. Image Scanning will also play a key part in the overall purchase ledger process allowing for the invoice images to be stored and subsequently viewed against the transaction. This will give system users the ability of retrieving a copy of the actual invoice from within the Summit system.
