RedSky IT Welcomes Triton as a Summit Software as a Service customer

Triton Building Restoration is a main contractor specialising in the external refurbishment of listed and architecturally significant buildings in London. The projects range in value between £50k and £3m.

Triton have selected to use Summit core financials and contract management with purchase invoice image processing on a 3 user concurrent license.

The reason for change was to eradicate the labour intensive processes for managing subcontractor payments and job costs on spreadsheets outside of their Sage Line 50 system. The disparate areas did not give clear contract information across other departments of the business and resulted in time consuming administration for the accounts team.

Triton have opted for Summit SaaS (Software as a Service) where RedSky hosts and manages the Summit application centrally. This removes the overhead cost of managing backups, applying updates and also the capital cost of both the software and server replacement and the hardware maintenance cover.
