Summit

Summit is the only product on the UK construction software market that within a single product covers the complete construction management process, from estimating, sub contract tendering, ordering the sub contract packages, requisitions and ordering or plant and materials, managing plant, valuations, CVRs, financials and payroll. In addition there are specialist fully integrated modules for Service Management/Job Ticketing both planned and reactive and a full House builders suite.

XCIPIO is a browser based system corporate intranet or extranet. It is a user friendly secure, single point of access to all of a company’s information - documents, spreadsheets, e-mails, contacts, drawings, and even provides enquiries from other database systems you use via the unique Enquiry and Graphing Tool.

SummitAEC is a fully integrated Project Costing, Time and Fee billing and Financial Accounting System and is designed to work as an ‘off the shelf package’ system for Architect, Engineers and Consultants. It consists of a series of ledgers, which share and exchange data. Modules include Project Costing, Time and Fee billing, core Financial Ledgers, Time & Expense capture and Project forecasting and monitoring.
