Leading IT business wins new AEC contracts nationwide

Leading UK IT solutions and services provider, RedSky IT, has announced the following new wins in the UK AEC sector.

  • The Engineering Services Department at Dumfries & Galloway Council demonstrated their ongoing commitment to RedSky IT by purchasing an extended 5-year managed service programme for the Progression ETCi and ProForm software applications. Clients of RedSky IT since 1997, the department uses the software for effective monitoring of costs, ensuring that they get the best value for money across all projects. This is supported by the 5-year support agreement that ensures a fixed payment schedule for the council throughout the period and includes the user license and access to all upgrades.
  • Foremans Ltd recently acquired Roberts & Partners, effectively doubling in size overnight and firmly establishing the company as one of the premier Building Services Consultancies in the UK, with offices in London, Manchester and the Isle of Man. As an existing user of Progression, the company had to choose between this and Microsoft Great Plains. The company chose to expand the RedSky IT Progression and ETCi solution and will increase the number of users from 130 to 200.
  • Tpi, the leading international transport planning and traffic engineering consultancy, with offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Cambridge and Dublin, has purchased 3 user licences for Progression and 30 user licences for Assimilate and ETCi. The new software will ensure that the company continues to offer their clients best value for money on projects, whilst ensuring that all of their Project Managers will have immediate access to information held on the system and introducing an efficient method for fee earners to log their time against each project.

Mark Chambers, Managing Director for RedSky IT, states, “We have a strong market leading position in the AEC sector with 14 of the top 50 consultancies using our specialist software, and we continue to gain customers all over the UK with software that meets their professional service needs.”
