The Summit Estimating suite of software is a very powerful and easy to use solution that can be used as a stand alone solution or integrated with the Summit contract management modules.
Construction estimating for contractors
Summit Estimating is our modern Windows and Web based construction estimating and commercial management software solution for contractors. It is able to operate on both Linux and Windows server environments or can be hosted and uses Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases. Summit Estimating offers true remote site capability for users to produce accurate estimates, wherever they are located. Scanned document imaging, importing from Excel or paper based BOQ are all managed by Summit Estimating.
Summit Estimating can also help in the selection of Subcontractors by tagging the bill for pricing and recording the various responses for managing the comparison process. This data can then be used to manage the valuation process, which when integrated to the financial modules means the information can managed and approved as required by user customised workflows without any re keying.
Industry standard estimating
Summit Estimating uses industry standard pre-built libraries for budget and costing information such as SMM7, CESSM, roads, bridges and railways. Summit Estimating can be seamlessly integrated with our core financial applications, so that contractors can benefit from one single solution for both financial and estimating control.
