Summit Service Management

Contractors that are involved in the service management arena often find that standard contract management systems are not flexible enough to deal with the high volume and low value works undertaken on a daily weekly basis. The Service Management module allows customers to create work flows for a variety of contracts they may be involved in that means each of the processes can be tailored to suit the contract terms so management, reporting and KPI data can then be produced easily. Field Engineers can be managed via mobile devices such as smart phones, tablets, and PDAs for job sheet processing, signature capture, photo evidence etc.
