Online Webinar Training Courses
We offer a number of training courses that are delivered using the web.
The courses are instructor led short 2 hour sessions with attendees viewing a screen shared by the host from their own PC and by joining a teleconference using a phone.
There are two formats of course; Course type A, a 2hr instructional and Course type B a 1h group session with a 1h follow up 1 to1 session on the same day.
Course type A are priced at £95. Course type B are priced at £135.
Courses will be trailed by a short screencast describing what to expect and will be supported by either pdf collateral or screencast of the session itself.
All courses can be supplemented by additional 1 to 1 web sessions.
The courses will be open to Summit 1000, 2000, 3000 and 5000 users.

"This was my very first webinar but I can say that the instructions beforehand were explicit and the practice run the day before was a great idea for ‘first timers’. The great attraction was that I did not have to leave my desk at a time when there were many other commitments. The webinar itself went very well. There were no interruptions and you could hear both the tutor and fellow attendees very clearly. It was easy to interact and ask questions. I know that you have a maximum on the number involved and I feel this is necessary in order for participants to get the most out of the session. I will certainly participate in any future webinars.

How it works
We use a tool called Web interactive and a VOIP teleconference system.
When you commit to the course by speaking with our CRM team we send you an email with a link to register on the course. Once you do this you are sent details of the course by email and what to do in readiness for the session.
On the day of the course you click a link in the email and join the meeting on screen along with calling a teleconference number.
