With the opening of its new and exciting hotel, Splash Landings, the group wanted to be able to sell accommodation centrally whilst also being able to control its high web site bookings. Therefore, Alton Towers Hotel and its newly opened sibling, Splash Landings Hotel, have both invested in the RedSky IT multi site PMS together with an integrated fee-free online reservations system that is designed to improve customer service and decrease staff pressure.

The Kensington Close is one of London's premier hotels, located in the heart of Kensington just a few minutes walk from the exclusive shops of Knightsbridge. The hotel has over 550 rooms and its facilities include a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a very popular bar and two excellent restaurants. The hotel's previous food and beverage management system was slow and unreliable and in 2004 a decision was taken to use RedSky IT.

The Lakeside Hotel is situated on the shores of Lake Windermere in the English Lake District and the hotel were experiencing an increase in the number of enquires from their website and looked to take on more staff to cope with this demand. However, we were able to provide an online booking engine that integrates directly into their front office system allowing guests to view availability and book accommodation with ease.

Award winning group Marston Hotels looked to us to provide their hotels with solutions for their hotel reservations and front desk operations, CRS and centralised accounts office based in Hythe. The group have a long history with RedSky IT and both have seen each others growth. The latest development is the installation of a centralised sales and event management solution which will assist the national sales team together with each of the units conference office to manage the ever growing demands of increasing turnover while providing an extremely high level of service.

The privately owned Pedersen Group has recently announced a multi-million pound purchase adding three hotels to the portfolio, while completing a refurbishment programme at the Regency Park in Thatcham to the tune of £8m. Group Operations Manager Neil Muir began looking for a company to supply the newly acquired properties, Holiday Inn Reading, Winchester Moathouse and Sheffield Moathouse with an up-to-date property management system and a full hardware upgrade.
