Inntouch is an easy to use Windows based solution. It also extends the use of the internet to form an Intranet-based internal company network. This network unites information from property management, central reservations office (CRO) and the central customer database in one single image. This unified approach provides groups of all sizes with the unparalleled ability to control inventory in one location. With total integration from the head office down to the property, this single image architecture allows staff and customers to always have access to the latest information on rate, availability, hotel information and reservations, regardless of their point of contact with the hotel or hotel group.
Inntouch’s single image approach allows centralisation of corporate sales and marketing data and provides support for reservations and rate optimisation. Inntouch eliminates the need for costly and often difficult interface development projects between CRO and property management systems (PMS). This results in one united and integrated solution that eliminates the usual problems of synchronising data held at two locations.
