  • System support and maintenance - System support is available to all our customers form 7am to 11pm 365 days a year. We also offer a comprehensive hardware support service.
  • Installation management - We have a team of experienced installation managers based all over the UK, who are actively involved in all major installations as well as remotely monitoring smaller installations.
  • Project management - Not only can we offer installation management but we also offer full project management handling third party suppliers and internal staff as well. Our project team has successfully managed one of the largest rollouts in the UK.
  • Systems consultancy - Again, our team of consultants are based all over the UK to ensure that our customers can have easy access to professional help and advice irrespective of where they are in the country.
  • Systems training - All our software is sold with a comprehensive and bespoke training course. Further training days are also available at any time throughout our customer’s time with us.
  • Microsoft training - In addition to RedSky IT product training, we also offer our customers Microsoft training in areas such as Exchange.
