Uniglobe rolls out electronic ticket tracking system
Global corporate travel agency chain, Uniglobe, has engaged RedSky IT to provide an electronic eticket tracking system.
The system, which will be operated completely on a bureau basis, negating the need for any Uniglobe agencies to have software on site, will be deployed to all members during February following a successful trial at two Uniglobe UK operations.
The service is available across all CRS suppliers. It is anticipated that the new system will generate significant additional revenues for the member agencies.
Brian Sheerin of RedSky IT says: "This is a fantastic opportunity for Uniglobe agencies to add to their revenue lines without incurring any extra sales or administrative workloads.”
