RedSky IT Quality Control

Our quality control system (RQC) is easy to use and offers great results. It enables you to enhance the service you offer to your corporate customers with minimum effort on your part and additional modules, such as autoticketing and pre-trip reporting can be added.

Automated profile management system

Profiler and Web Profiler are two of the most useful tools in existence in the corporate travel market today. Profiler allows easy standardisation and ongoing maintenance of profiles and the flexibility to switch from one global distribution system (GDS) to another easily, negating the many hours of staff time normally taken up manually moving profiles from one place to another.

Web Profiler goes even further, allowing the end user to amend certain elements of their profile at will, offline from the GDS and yet keeping the GDS and potentially other sources right up to date. Its unique profile management techniques can negate heavy workloads for staff and dramatically improve the service perception of customers. With links to all 4 GDSs, Apollo and other products such as GetThere, profiler and web profiler have all the bases covered.

You do not need to load any software nor are there long implementations or training curves. The robots are located our Hale offices and are managed by an experienced team of former corporate travel consultants. In addition there is no significant upfront investment, as the product and related services are charged on transaction basis.

Auto Ticketing



We can offer a total business booking process by also automating the production and distribution of tickets to travellers. Following the successful implementation of RQC, clients may elect to add in the auto-ticketing routines. These will take the quality checked PNRs and ticket them on behalf of the travel agent, reducing expensive, non-fee generating work and allowing travel clerks to do what they do best - SELL.
