Our AIM

Our operational, commercial and financial software delivers gains across all types of construction and contracting projects. Scalable to keep you adaptable to change, modular to enable you to select everything you need (but nothing you do not), and proven to enable progressive construction companies to do what they’re already doing, but better. RedSky’s continuous software innovation enables cumulative improvements to construction businesses. We improve your performance, which directly translates into measurable efficiency and success. That’s what you need to stay ahead.

OUR APPROACH

During the implementation phase, our Projects team are on hand to support new customers with practical, expert advice to help them get to grips with the system and its many different functionalities.

Once everything’s up and running, there’s plenty of support available. Our Help Centre Portal is an ever-growing, useful repository of self-help information, Helpdesk Bulletins and software downloads, as well as details of year-end and legislative changes. Our Support team is also available to answer queries and help address issues.

Every customer is allocated an Account Manager who engages and communicates with them on a regular basis, to help them get the most out of their RedSky system. We produce a newsletter, technical bulletins, industry and company updates, case studies, and blogs on a regular basis. A Community Forum App, on the other hand, allows customers to interact with each other and share ideas while receiving feedback from the RedSky team.

Our User Group is unique in the construction software arena. It’s a vibrant community of companies in the UK and Ireland who use our solutions. We’re wholly supportive of this group, which is independently run and meets regularly to educate members, get customers involved and influence RedSky’s strategy and solutions.

CAREERS AND WORKING AT REDSKY
