The RedSky Helpdesk is a multi-skilled, multi-location function offering:

  • Assistance logging via Customer Portal (Zendesk), Email, or telephone
  • Help diagnosis and resolution by Application/Technical Support Analysts

Services are provided from a number of Helpdesk teams providing specialist product responses.
