Managing Director, RedSky
Phil has many years of experience of working within the Construction/Contracting Industry. He graduated in 1994 with a BSc degree in Accounting, Finance & Information Management and worked as a management accountant with a General Contractor in the UK before joining FCG in 1996. Over his time with the Ramesys and now the RedSky business Phil has continued to build on a wealth of experience in Operational, Commercial and Financial systems providing Consultancy and Project Management to large and mid sized implementations, in the UK and Middle East/ Africa. For 5 years he was the Summit Product Manager taking a lead role in the Summit strategy and providing presales consultancy prior to joining the board in February 2007 as Delivery and Implementation Director. Phil has lead an experienced and successful team, has played an active part in the development of our innovative solutions throughout this period and in February 2015 was appointed Managing Director of RedSky.
CFO, JDM Technology Group UK
Craig has over 20 years board level experience in managing financial operations of various IT and financial services organisations. With initial roles within the construction industry at regional builder Trenthams, he then worked for 2 years in the services sector with Dun & Bradstreet before moving into the IT industry joining Misys in 1993, where he occupied a number of roles before moving to RedSky. His experience includes all aspects of financial reporting and management, due diligence and acquisitions. Craig has been involved in the implementation of several financial systems including SAP, Buildax, AXiM and Summit. Having served as the Finance & Commercial Director of RedSky for 11 years Craig was appointed MD of RedSky in January 2012 and appointed Group Managing Director/CFO in February 2015.
Jason has over 20 years experience of developing the RedSky suite of products. Following several years in the Insurance industry at Sun Alliance, he took the opportunity to move to a career with RedSky in 1991. Originally Jason joined support, working on the Buildax package. He has coded his way through a vast range of RedSky applications from WinBuild and WinPay to the latest technology offerings in Summit; mobile applications, web solutions and generally any development of a more “technical” nature, including designing our Business Analytics product which provides extensive data integration through graphical and interactive Dashboards. He now heads up the software development operation, covering Summit client and mobile applications, Informate, Xcipio, and Analytics. He joined the Senior Management Team in June 2010.
Elizabeth joined RedSky in early 2018. She has a degree in Maths and over 20 years of software development and implementation experience within the construction industry. This cross-discipline knowledge enables Elizabeth and her team to deliver technically robust systems while also appreciating the importance of the overall end user experience. She also enjoys using her skills and industry expertise to contribute to all aspects of product design, delivery and support.
Customer Services Director
Monique is a construction professional with more than 30 years’ of experience in the field of Finance, Operations and Commercial Management. Monique started her career in Finance and then as a cost accountant in a Construction company in the UK. In 1984 she joined RedSky as a trainee implementer and support consultant. She has a wealth of experience in implementing systems in 100s of Construction companies. In 2006 she relocated to the MENA office and was the Delivery and Implementation Director for the region until 2010 when she became the General Manager for RedSky MENA. In 2016 Monique relocated back to the UK where she was the Projects Director. Monique was appointed Customer Services Director in 2017.
Mohammad joined RedSky in March 2020, he has a wealth of experience in Construction software and heads up the Sales team.
Teresa has more than 20 years’ experience in ICT systems under her belt. She spent the last four years as an IT Programme Director for Carillion plc where she managed a programme of interdependent ICT mobilisations, software development projects and system implementations across the respective UK business sectors – mainly within the construction and services markets, but also in infrastructure, defence and utilities sectors. During her 30 plus years with Carillion, Teresa also managed the information systems department in the Middle East region. The department was responsible for support services and projects delivery across all companies in the region. When asked about her new role at RedSky, Teresa said: “In industry, IT is sometimes seen as a necessary overhead, whereas in a software company it is definitely all about the technology and the systems. So as an IT projects director, I’m excited to be working for a software company and looking forward to the challenge.
Head of Account Management
Simon has 25 years’ experience in the IT industry focussing on the development and delivery of enhanced support services to the Construction industry. He was appointed Account Relationship Manager in June 2005 with responsibility for managing the relationship between RedSky and its customers. Prior to this Simon held various roles with RedSky including the responsibility for the introduction of a portfolio of Managed Service options for RedSky’s products, in addition to providing pre-sales and post-sale support to the account managers. Simon joined the Senior Management Team in 2013.
Customer Services Manager (AEC)
Rob has over 10 years experience of using the RedSky suite of products. He gained his in depth understanding through using it in Accounts, testing it in the Quality Assurance department and supporting it on the Helpdesk. This knowledge of the AEC family of products, was enhanced by the expertise he gained during the time spent with one of RedSky's customers. Here he was involved with training financial and engineering staff and providing support to the company’s financial staff throughout the UK. Having an appreciation of both the customer’s and of RedSky's perspective ensures that the Customer Services team demonstrate a high degree of awareness regarding the demands on our customers business. Rob was appointed AEC Customer Services Manager in June 2006 and joined the Senior Management Team in July 2007
Tim has over 30 years within IT. Tim started life with Sketchley within operations before moving on to systems. In 1991 the opportunity arose to join a software house that specialised in finance solutions in a number of marketplaces, as part of large scale development for Universities, and which was sponsored by the Government. He quickly became the head of the finance development team delivering to Higher Education and Membership customers. This role was later extended to include leading Student Management, Alumni, Library and Material Processing developments. These solutions were initially incorporated into Ramesys in 1999 and then on to RedSky in 2007. He has experience of all aspects of a solutions life-cycle from pre-sales, analysis, design, development and support. Over the past couple of years, he has taken on increasing responsibilities; developing and delivering special projects.
