JDM Technology Group Acquires Penta Technologies and STRUXI

Milwaukee, Wisconsin – JDM Technology Group, a prominent global provider of software solutions for the architecture, engineering, construction, maintenance, and operations sectors, has recently completed the acquisition of two esteemed software companies based in Milwaukee, WI – Penta Technologies and STRUXI. This strategic transaction was finalised on February 29, 2024, following approval from the owners of Penta and STRUXI.

Penta Technologies is known for its enterprise construction software tailored to enhance business performance for construction, service, and engineering enterprises. Meanwhile, STRUXI specialises in construction labour management solutions, offering software that simplifies field and labour cost management for contractors.

Penta and STRUXI will retain their identities as they integrate into the group, with Penta’s management playing a key role in facilitating a smooth transition.
