On 5 June we completed our 2019 CONNECT on the Road tour of the UK – as ever, it was great to be able to meet up with so many of our customers in their local area.
This year’s roadshow events went down a storm with users. Each session was jam-packed with must-know information about our system, new modules on the horizon, practical tips and legislative updates.
Head of Account Management Simon Hague said: “Customers tell us they really like the local nature of these free events, as well as the opportunity to network with other local RedSky users. I know that many users have already arranged follow-up meetings with each other, to continue sharing knowledge, tips and best practice.”
Simon and the team provided an update on how we’re adapting the system to accommodate the requirements of Making Tax Digital and VAT Reverse Charge legislation. And attendees showed a lot of interest in three of our latest Summit innovations:
- Opportunity Tracker – this module provides a great way for you to track the progress of your bids and identify trends in terms of bid success and job profitability
- Enhanced Word Reporting – a feature of Business Analytics that allows you to automate the production of management reporting, thereby reducing the manual work involved in pulling data together and formatting
- Mobile Timesheet App – enables you to complete electronic forms (like timesheets and PPE documentation) on site, using your mobile.
Claire Synnott, Finance Manager at Rio Group, attended the Solihull roadshow. She said: “For me it was great to have dedicated members of RedSky staff to speak to. I’m now looking at taking on the Invoice Register and Opportunity Tracker modules, which I think will help drive up efficiency.”
