Longstanding customer DPP Ltd will be migrating to RedSky’s latest construction management and accounting software in March. The new system will drive up efficiency and improve financial reporting.
Southampton-based DPP has been using RedSky legacy product AXiM for many years. Financial Controller Mark Feltham said: “We were always planning to migrate to the latest system because we wanted to improve our financial reporting and processes, but we ended up taking the plunge sooner than expected to make sure that our Service Management invoices comply with Reverse Charge VAT.
“We’re really looking forward to going live with the new system. One of the main attractions for me is Business Analytics, which will increase the speed and accuracy of our reporting. It will be great to be working with live data, especially during these uncertain times when we need to be able to react quickly with informed decisions.”
As part of the migration, DPP will also be implementing RedSky’s Invoice Register, including optical character recognition (OCR) functionality, which will enable invoice details to be entered automatically on the system and an image of the invoice to be attached to the job. RedSky will be creating some customised DPP timesheet templates too.
Mark has his sights set on migrating to the latest system in March, ahead of the introduction of Reverse Charge VAT.
