RedSky honoured with CRASH Award

CRASH is a practical charity that assists homelessness and hospice charities with construction-related projects, creating places that care for people. In 2018, CRASH helped 50 homelessness charities and hospices with 52 different projects.

At the charity’s Annual Patrons’ Reception, we were delighted to receive an Above and Beyond Award for 10 years of sustained support.

The event made a big impression on RedSky Managing Director Phil Kent, who said: “It was very inspiring to see and hear the dedication and passion of people like Mossie Lyons, Director at Kairos Community Trust, who spoke about the vital work that his organisation does to help homeless people recover from addiction. Kairos clearly makes a massive difference to people’s lives and receives incredible support from the small but perfectly formed CRASH charity.

“As a specialist construction IT provider, we don’t have practical ‘on the ground’ building knowledge to bring to CRASH projects directly. However, with our large customer base and regular fundraising activities, we have helped to raise awareness of what CRASH does and how our customers can get involved with the charity.

“It has been an absolute pleasure to have supported CRASH as a Patron Partner for the last 10 years and we will continue to support the charity going forward.”
